Summer Camp

Every year Legacy Farm holds summer camp for kids, which is run much like the riding school; the emphasis being on fun and education. At the beginning of the week, campers receive a booklet filled with activities, stickers and crafts. Every day time is set aside to give kids a chance to work in their booklets and at the conclusion of summer camp, they take their projects home with them. Legacy Farm equestrian camp is a highlight of the summer and many of the same kids return each year.

The daily schedule includes:
  • riding
  • grooming
  • first aid training
  • general horsemanship
  • veterinary seminars
  • farrier demonstrations

  • June 15-19
  • July 27-31
  • August 3-7
  • August 10-14
Summer camp rates are $325 per week, per child. Legacy Farm offers a $15 discount for siblings and military families.
